ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
Dezine By Mauro Online orders are fulfilled via Australia Post eParcel within 14 days of the date the order was Processed (payment taken). It may take up to 3 working days for an order to be Processed from the time of placement.
Deliveries to WA, NT and TAS may take longer if there are unexpected stock or delivery issues. Dezine By Mauro Online orders are only dispatched Tuesday to Friday. Dezine By Mauro always attempts to deliver to customers within the stated delivery time frame but cannot take responsibility for circumstances beyond their control that hinder or delay the order.

Any incorrect pricing will be immediately corrected upon notification to Dezine By Mauro.

PAYMENT METHODS
Dezine By Mauro accepts payment via all major credit cards including VISA, MASTERCARD and BANKCARD. Unfortunately we cannot accept COD (Cash on Delivery).

Please retain your original receipt, as you will need this as proof of purchase to obtain a refund, credit or repair. Our suppliers will not accept returns without the original Dezine By Mauro receipt.

You can choose between an exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described online.

REFUNDS
Please choose carefully as we do not exchange or give refunds simply because you changed your mind or make a wrong decision.

In the instance where a refund is granted by Dezine By Mauro, refunds will only be processed once the product has been received in good condition and approved by Dezine By Mauro. Where a duplicate payment may have been received by Dezine By Mauro, and has been verified by both parties and their financial institutions, a refund will be made.

EXCHANGE
Customers are entitled to a 21 day exchange period on most products. A faulty product can be exchanged or returned for credit. In this instance, freight charges will be the customer's responsibility.
Please note: When exchanging goods you must return all of the componentry, with the original receipt, in as new condition and including all original packaging. We are only able to exchange if unused and in a saleable condition.

CREDIT NOTES
Credit notes are only available within the 21-day exchange period. Credit notes are paper vouchers to be redeemed in store only. The voucher receipt must be presented when redeeming for goods and services.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of submitting your order to Dezine By Mauro.

After 24 hours a cancellation fee of 10% of the order will apply. If delivery has been made, the customer must return the product, at his or her own expense, and the refund will be made upon Dezine By Mauro receiving the return product, in its original packaging, in good condition and with the original receipt.
